SurveySavvy is a great paying survey site, I've never seen a survey under $1.00 and most of them only take a few minutes to complete. I usually get 3 to 5 emails a week inviting me to participate in a survey which tells the amount you will receive and the estimated time it will take. All you need is a $1.00 to request your payment by check.
